No time to cook? Too tired to cook? Despise cooking? Need more variety on your kitchen table? Need help preparing your own healthy meals?  

 

If you’ve answered “YES!” to any of these questions, then allow us to be your Personal Chef! We will help you put the worries about what to eat and how to prepare nutritious, tasty meals for you and your loved ones to rest once and for all.

 

As Personal Chefs, we help people transform their refrigerators & dinner tables with nutritious and delicious health-supportive cuisine. This allows folks to conveniently eat well without jeopardizing their schedules while increasing their energy, improving their digestion, saying NO to eating bland foods and maintaining their ideal weight without starving.

 

For those with health conditions that require a specialized diet, we are trained to cook meals that can support specific health goals without any sacrifice to taste and convenience. Whether Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Paleo, Vegan, you name it, we can craft meals that are delicious, meet your dietary needs and leave you feeling satisfied.

 

If Personal Chef services are not quite right for you, another division of our company is our Grateful Plate Health Supportive Meal Delivery Service.   We provide fully prepared, health-supportive meals that are ready to reheat and enjoy all week long.  We believe in using the freshest and highest quality ingredients and do so by sourcing from local, sustainable and organic farmers and purveyors whenever possible. Our "personal chef touch" speaks to our ability to work with all types of eaters, each with a unique set of dietary needs and preferences. Our menus come out on Wednesday afternoons and orders can be placed for meal delivery until the deadline of 9am on Sunday mornings. Meals are then prepared fresh each Monday and delivered that evening usually between 5:00pm and 8:00pm depending on location.  There are no contracts or minimums with our service.

We recently had a private chef from Grateful Plate prepare a special birthday dinner for a small group of friends in our home.  From start to finish they were very accommodating.  Working with Melaine to design a delicious menu was seamless.  Nielle our chef was lovely and talented.   Our menu featured the mezze platter with homemade pita chips, grilled flank steak skewers with Chimichurri Sauce, Korean BBQ skewered chicken, roasted pear and arugula salad, oven roasted sea bass with warm tomato vinaigrette accompanied by Farro almond pilaf and broccolini completed by apple pie in a jar.  Everything was very flavorful and delicious.  All that and nothing to clean up at the end of a fabulous evening.  We highly recommend Grateful Plate! - Mary K. - Yelp
