ūüôĆ Entree and Salad Options Galore ūüćīMore to Choose From!

  • Salad with Chicken

One of our goals for the new year is to give you more options to choose from, and we feel like Monday'smenu is a wonderful manifestation of that goal. Our entrees include a number of options so that whether you're vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian, or a full-blown carnivore, you're able to enjoy a wide variety of dishes.

Starting with an absolute fan favorite, you can order our famous Spaghetti with Coconut Peanut Sauce, Peas, Broccoli, and Carrots, along with your choice of Pulled Chicken or Tofu. If you've not yet tried this dish, now is your chance to experience our life-changing Coconut Peanut Sauce! Plus, pick your pasta with either Whole Wheat or Gluten Free Spaghetti.

Next, we're dishing up Pulled Pork or Bone-In Chicken Thighs, Braised with Ancho, Chipotle and Hard Cider, and serving it over Brown Rice. This dish will start with a smokey, sweet rub on the meat, then braised low and slow until the meat is tender and full of flavor. Expect a little heat, a little sweet, and a whole lotta yum!

Another way we have been able to add more variety to our weekly menus is by offering the option to add meat proteins to vegan/vegetarian entrees. Next week, we're dishing up Winter Root Vegetable and Chickpea Stew, which is a perfect dish to warm you up during these colder months. If this dish sounds good but you're looking for something more, you have the option of adding Ground Chicken.  Similarly, with our vegan Black Lentils and Roasted Cumin Carrots with Green Harissa Sauce, you have the ability to add on Marinated Grilled Chicken.

For our fifth entree with additional options, look no further than another fan favorite, our Wild Mushroom Sauce, which can be ordered with Seared Chicken Breast or Tempeh. Regardless of your protein choice, this dish comes with Wild Rice and Cranberries. Cooked together, this grain and fruit side rounds out this flavorful, earthy dish with a tangy bite of tart and sweet.

Last and certainly not least, our Loaded Salad now has more options than ever. Perfect for a healthy, easy lunch or to share as a side salad along with dinner, our Loaded Green Salads come packed with fresh chopped veggies, Maple Balsamic Dressing and your choice of Marinated Grilled Chicken, Roasted Salmon, Marinated Chickpeas, Baked Tofu, our Specialty Salad (this week is Red Quinoa Tabouli), or without any topping.

We hope that these new options provide you and yours with plenty of variety to choose from each and every week. If you have ideas for future menus, please feel free to share.
Cheers & Chew Well!
