We're halfway through January and now that the dust has settled from the holidays and the new year, we hope that you're getting into your 2018 groove! Here at Grateful Plate, we're glad to be back on our normal schedule and are feeling great about how things are shaping up for the rest of the winter, despite the cold. To help you keep warm and on track with your clean eating goals for 2018, we have another menu loaded with nourishing entrees, salads, soups, and sides! 

This upcoming week's menu includes a bunch of dishes that are true¬†Grateful Plate "Classics". For those that love our¬†Almond Crusted Chicken, rejoice! We're also offering a¬†Tofu¬†option, and both come complete with¬†Sweet Potatoes and Honey Dijon Dipping Sauce!¬†Please note:¬†this dish is made with egg. Another "Pick Your Protein" dish this week is our¬†Turmeric Ginger-Lemon Stew. Traditionally, this super-nourishing stew has been served with chicken, and for this time around¬†we're giving you the option to choose chicken, lamb or tempeh!¬†This dish is the epitome of healthy food and is loaded with flavor and also provides satisfaction! A¬†few other notable classics featured next week include our¬†Hearty Italian White Bean & Vegetable Rag√Ļ with Cashew "Parmesan",¬†Beef, Ricotta and Greens Lasagna(mama mia!),¬†Thai Sweet Chili Salmon¬†and¬†Winter Vegetable Miso Soup. Don't snooze on our breakfast and lunch options, which are fantastic choices to¬†help you¬†stick to a healthy diet all day long!¬†

Shifting gears a bit, we want to share some information about an event we have coming up with our friends over at Rise Gatherings. We welcome you to join us on Saturday, January 27th for an evening of empowered intention. This mini-retreat is ideal for any women (sorry fellas) needing pause from the demands of daily living and for those seeking greater self-care and connection through the support of community.
