☕ We've Got What You Need to Keep Warm! Salsa Verde Chili, Healing Ginger Turmeric Carrot Soup & More! 🍴

  • Salmon

Happy new year! We hope you rang in 2018 successfully and are ready for a healthy, delicious and convenient year of meal delivery. Along with 2018, winter is here to stay and holy moly is it cold. We've got a boat load of options this week (and all winter long!) to help you eat well and keep warm. When it's frigid outside, what's better than a big, delicious  bowl of hot chili, stew or soup?

For our first Monday delivery of 2018, here are some of our most warming & nourishing dishes:

Salsa Verde and White Bean Chili with your choice of Ground Chicken OR Beef, served over Brown Rice. We are combining fiber-rich white beans with our from-scratch salsa verde that is made with roasted tomatillos, jalapeños, plus a bunch of cilantro and fresh lime juice. Spice level is a 4 out of 10, so this dish will bring a bit of heat. Both proteins are from Primal Supply Meats and are 100% Pastured Raised!
Ginger Aduki Bean Butternut Squash Stew is one of Chef Beth's all-time favorite recipes. Served over Millet, this super warming and filling vegan stew is loaded with fiber and plant-based protein. Not familiar with Aduki Beans? Think they sound weird? Yea, Mike thought so at first too, then Beth made him this dish and while he still thinks the name is funny, this stew is no joking matter. Just delicious and perfect for cozying up on cold nights!
Braised Beef and Mushroom in Red Wine over Rosemary Smashed Potatoes and Cauliflower. Once again featuring the highest quality meats from Primal Supply, our Braised Beef will have your taste buds dancing! Cooked low and slow for hours, our entire team is taunted all Monday long with the aroma of Beef, Mushroom, Red Wine, plus heavenly Rosemary. Fill your home with the same lovely smell as you heat up a bowl for yourself.
Ginger Turmeric Carrot Soup is the epitome of nourishing food. Whether you're fighting a cold or feel like everyone at work has one and you're trying to stay healthy, then look no further than this flavorful bowl of nourishment. You can even order extra and freeze it for future weeks!

We welcome you to share with us any other dishes that help keep you warm and feeling good during these bitter cold winter days and nights. Your feedback helps us craft our menus and ensure we're providing you with the best possible options each and every week.

Cheers & Chew Well!
