October is nearly upon us, and with the new month we have some new Grateful Plate Classics to introduce! This month, we are once again featuring three entrees that can easily be weekly staples for many, and as always, we want to hear what Grateful Plate dishes are considered staples at your dinner table!

One dish made the cut to remain part of our Classics Menu again this month, which is our Almond Crusted Chicken. Perfect for adults and children alike, this entree is a sure-fire crowd pleaser! For the Salmon Classic, we are switching it up to our simple yet absolutely delicious preparation of Salmon Filet with Lemon and Fresh Herbs. This dish is clean eating at it's finest! Last and certainly not least, we will be featuring Lasagna each week. Much like our Meatball dish, with the protein, starch and sauce changing weekly, we will offer a different Lasagna preparation each Monday. This Monday we are dishing up our legendary Vegan Veggie Lasagna with Tofu "Ricotta". If you've yet to try our Tofu "Ricotta", this is your chance to find out what all the fuss is about! 

With all of that said about our classic entrees, the case could be made for several other dishes featured on Monday's menu to be future classics. Our Chipotle and Apple Turkey Meatloaf with Caramelized Onions and Herb Aioli is a phenomenal twist on a truly classic American dish. Our Coconut Poached ShrimpSmoky Three Bean Chili, Creamy Butternut Squash Spaghetti with Fresh Sage and the rest of the menu is loaded with flavor and sure to hit the spot all well, and we hope you are as excited for it as we are!
