Meal Delivery Menu for Monday, September 25th, 2017

We hope that you have been enjoying the Grateful Plate Classics that we have featured on our menus throughout September. The response has been tremendous and we have plans to keep some things the same while also making some tweaks for October's Classic options. If you have any feedback or ideas for us, now is the time to let us know! 

In addition to our September Classics, Monday's Menu features several other dishes that could be on a wall of fame, if we had such a thing in our kitchen. Included are the return of favorites such as Za'atar Chicken or Tofu with Roasted Carrots and Herb Tahini Sauce, Hungarian Pork or Lentil Goulash with Penne, Apple Cider Baked Chicken with Turkey Bacon and Potato Wedges, as well as the super fresh and flavorful Millet Kale Sun Dried Tomato Lentil Salad with Lemon Miso Dijon Dressing. Mixed with some new and exciting dishes like Sweet and Sour Cod with Charred Scallions and Sesame Seeds over Mashed Edamame and Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding, this menu is sure to make all types of eaters excited for a delicious week of meals!

Lastly, as we inch closer to Autumn, you will begin to see signs of it on our menus. The first of which appears this week with the return of Soup, which will replace one of the vegetarian salad options each week throughout the colder months. This week's soup is also a fan favorite, Butternut Squash and Apple Soup! Start the season off right with a quart, and please let us know what soups you'd love to see on menus throughout the fall and winter.
